1. Services

Action Mobile Detailing provides mobile car detailing and ceramic coating services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, wax, clay bar treatment, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and odor removal. Services are performed at the customer's home, office, or another agreed location within our service area.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and on site conditions including access, weather, and surface readiness. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions present a safety, legal, or property risk.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non binding unless provided in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, the size and condition of the vehicle, materials required, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered after arrival. Any change in price will be communicated and approved before additional work begins.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside of the website, in person or through a separate billing channel agreed with the customer.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other terms have been agreed in writing in advance. Failure to pay for completed services may result in lawful collection actions, including reporting to a collection agency or pursuing the matter through small claims court.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle and the work area at the scheduled time. Pets, children, and any hazards near the work area must be secured before our arrival.

If the work area cannot be safely accessed, or if conditions on arrival differ from what was described when scheduling, we may need to reschedule the appointment or adjust the scope of work.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Action Mobile Detailing. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Action Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or this website.

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, illness, supplier delays, equipment failure, or acts of God.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
